Went to Buccleuch quickspar to get washing powder on special. I enquired as to why I can't be given a raincheck as the product was out of stock. Spoke to manager/owner who was rather rude and aggressive claiming that it was not spars policy to give rainchecks. When I informed him that he was supposed to he replied that he was not obligated to do anything and that I was misinformed. His tone was agressive and rude. Did not expect such a response from spar management, very disappointing!
