To whom it may concern,
I have purchased a Nuk Thermo Rapid bottle warmer from Baby Boom in Cape Gate branch, Cape Town on the 11th May 2013. After 2 days of use it started making the water a brown rusty colour with a weird odor to it.
When I went back to Baby Boom to report the problem I was sent away being told that there is nothing wrong with this warmer. I know it still warms the bolltle, but surely it is not supposed to make the water brown which by now is also discolouring my Nuk Bottles!!!
Can I please have some feed back on this problem because I paid R550.00 for this product and I am very unhappy about this.
