Account records not updated accordingly

I settled an account that I had with Jet (Edcon Group) in full and asked that they close the account on 25th Feb. I comfirmed payment was received and made my intentions to close the account known. Jet confirmed this agreement. To my disappointment this was not updated with ITC, I called in on the 22nd April and spoke to Ayanda, I explained the suituation. He confirmed they would be sorted out. I then received an e-mail from Eunice Langa on the 22nd confirming that this was done. I drew another report on the 30th April and this was not the case, I then called Aviwe (Team leader) explained my situation yet again and what I needed to happen, AGAIN i was promised that this would happen. Aviwe allocated this to Jonayne Daniels, who confirmed in writing this would be done. Basically nothing has happened to date. PLEASE PLEASE can someone wake up and HELP with this.
