Account settled in Feb but stil not cleared on ITC

I'm very angry and disappointed with edgas. I settled my account on the 13th Feb and still my name hasn't't been cleared and the payment that I made its not updated on my itc profile. I've been calling since from the 25th Feb trying to sort this thing out but no one is willing to help me. I spoke to Patricia the manager in account on the 18th March and she escalated the query to Aviwe and Jonayne as they working with kind of queries but nothing has been done and I havn't got any response them. I've been checking it daily using XDS and its not yet updated. Which is affecting my credit score. One thing that I wouldn't't advice people to do is opening accounts with edcon. Cause they say if you having financial problems they can help by reducing the instalment which they don't do. I managed to raise funds and settled the account but yet still they don't want to clear and update my profile
