1 of 3 diamonds fell out my gold ring purchased overseas and I took it to your Davenport branch to obtain a quote and valuation for insurance purposes. I have paid for the quote. This was sent away (end of March) and was told it will take approx 3 weeks. I tried calling your branch with no answer and left messages on the voicemail - this continued for 2 weeks before I eventually called your headoffice Apparently this branch is closed down!!?? Left messages for the lady in repairs at your headoffice, the regional manager twice, emailed them and nobody has returned my call to this day!

I want to know WHERE is my ring!!?? As far as I am concerned this is! I have already mentioned in my email that if I do not get a response within 2 days that I will be laying a charge! Still no response a week ago already!

I WANT MY RING BACK IMMEDIATELY! I FIND THE MANNER IN WHICH THIS IS BEING HANDLED IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING!!! I WILL MOST CERTAINLY NEVER USE NWJ FOR ANYTHING! I WOULD RATHER PURCHASE MORE EXPENSIVE JEWELLRY THAN HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!
