Internal issues should not affect Client/customer!

I saw in 1 of the catalogs that Bears had a special of BUY NOW PAY IN FEB, interested in this special, i had a loan deducting on my account which is suppose to end in Feb, after doing my calculations i then realized that i could actually go for this special as it would fit in my budget. I then called the store to inquire, i spoke to Brenda, i SPECIFICALLY explained this story to her and informed her that i will only be able to take this special if it really is like this. Brenda requested me to go in-store so that they would check if i qualify, i went there and the told me how much of credit i had. I then took some goods Upon finishing the deal i was told the amount of the DEPOSIT, and installment, BUT NOBODY told me the contract start date, i then assumed that it would be Feb as i had clearly stated my story. My goods were delivered to me after i paid the deposit. Now shortly after new years, i went in store to pay my African Bank account, a Lady called Zoliswa Bholo who was the 1 capturing the deal, not at all friendly asked why i hadn't paid my 1st installment. SHOCKED as i was she told me it started in DEC! When asking Brenda she told me the CAPTURE of the deal was meant to tel me!
