I opened an Edgars account the last Sunday in April and I first use my account on the 3rd of May. I went to the mall@reds branch on the 10 of May 2013 and tried to buy a jacket when I was told that my card was maxed out. I asked the cashier how that is possible as I had only used it a week ago and it was for a small amount not the whole amount. I was informed that there was purchases made on my account on the 4th of may at Festival mall after asking them where that was and they couldn't tell me I checked on google and it was in kemptom park. I reported the case and ask them on the Saturday after giving them the paper work to send it in immediately as I wanted it sorted out ASAP. After calling on Monday i was informed by 13:30 that the case was not yet opened. Please can some one let my know whats being done about this situation and how did this happen as my account wasn't even open for a month. The staff at Mall@reds Edgars are also very rude and unhelpful I will most definitely not supporting them as this is not the first complaint that I have with that branch
