It was advertised that you can exchange any unwanted gift at Game for something else as long as they stock it. They failed to mention that they will give you a voucher for the product`s promotional price and not the price on the shelf as you don`t have a slip. No one of the store`s Management was able to assisit me as the store manager is on leave and the person in charge was taking a delivery at the back. The lady at the front desk said that it is the way it is if you don`t have a slip. Why do they advertise this and not mention that you won`t get the price that is on the shelf? What happens to the extra money that people paid for the product? I guess it goes straight into their pockets and it is just another way for them to make money.
