THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE IN SOUTH AFRICA

I have 2 accounts at morkels (opened 2012 JUL&Aug) and i made sure i set debit orders to go off on the 20th every month, every month my debit orders are not going through, and when i phone in to ask why, i'm asked to come into the ranch to fix it. I had to make calls on my own phone and take leave to go in this store even phone head office and no one seems to care that I NEED TO BE DEBITED FOR THESE ACCOUNTS. eventually i phoned the braamfontein complain centre to sort this out and they assured me that all is well. Only to find out they only sorted out 1 account, the one i pay R984 installment. The other account where installment is R1100.00 still nothing, i phoned again today 12/01/2013 and i'm told ohhh sorri it was not loaded and they dont know why. i was assisted by Robyn and Kerry/ karryn to open this account and i cannot tell you how many times i had to go back in this branch for my banking details. All in all I REGRET EVER STEPPING IN THIS SHOP IF THE BED SUIT I BOUGHT WAS FOR ME AND HEAR IN JOBURG< I WOULD PERSONALLY COME DELIVER IT BACK IN STORE AND TERMINATE MY CONTRACT WITH MORKELS ON ELLOFF & JEPPE
