I recently went out seeking a jacket I had spotted on the Adidas website because I was generally very fond of Adidas clothing. I soon realised acquiring this jacket wasn't going to be as easy as I thought because apparently the jacket was not available in any of the shops in Dbn KZN and i would only find it in CT. Upon going to Adidas Gateway store I was met with the most disrespectful service I had ever come across as though I was a fool that was looking for something that never existed. My complaint is why advertise a product yet not specify that it is not available in certain areas? Yet still why have a shop if your ll don't have products?
