POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE

I APPLIED FOR MY JET ACC IN LESOTHO.JANUARY I LOST MY CARD WITH THE BAG IM WORKING IN JHB WHERE I SPEND MOST OF THE TIME, I WENT TO MAKE A PAYMENT IN JET CRESTA AND REPORTED MY CARD LOST AND IF ITS POSSIBLE TO GET A REPLACEMENT CARD, THAT'S WHEN I CARTERS THAT THIS SO CALLED " ASSISTANT MANAGER" GABI HAS AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM WHEN SHE TOLD ME I GOT AN ACC IN JANUARY ALREADY I HAVE LOST A CARD!! AND THAT I MUST GO BACK TO LESOTHO TO GET A REPLACEMENT CARD, HER ATTITUDE SPOKE VOLUMES, I KNOW JET CARTERS FOR A CERTAIN MARKET BUT THAT DOES NT GIVE HER ANY RIGHT TO TALK TO ME LIKE IM THERE TO WASTE HER TIME, SIMPLY BECAUSE I'M A LESOTHO CITIZEN, MY PAYMENT THEY CAN PROCESSES BUT THEY CANT GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT CARD, THEY CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THAT AGENT MYSELF TO HEAR IF INDEED BUYING OR GETTING A REPLACEMENT CARD IS IMPOSSIBLE WHILE IN SA, THEY SIMPLY IGONRED MY REQUEST WITH HER SIDE KICK SAMANTHA WHO PRETENDED HE CANT EVEN HEAR ME WHEN I ASKED THEM QUESTIONS. NOT EVERY ONE WHO SHOPS AT JET IS AN ILLETERATE THAT DOESNT DESERVE RESPECT AND TO BE TREATED WITH DIDGNITY, BOTH THIS WOMEN WE DOWN RIGHT RUDE & CONDESENDING, VERY DISMISSIVE FORGETTING IM THE CUSTOMER
