I bought groceries at Cambridge as I always do, it was 14days Ago when I bought groceries and bought a gold n crispy coating with peri peri by mistake I didn't notice and today I am off I go there to exchange it they tell me they have a 7days return policy I look at the slip nothing is written on it about that so where is this return policy written? I didn't even open this spice I didn't want a refund I wanted an exchange I am an outstanding customer there I always buy there you might think its nothing to lose 1 customer but what happens if you lose one customer per day you'll close doors very soon if you don't know how to treat customers how many retailers selling food out there that need that extra one customer yes people stock things there but its only a matter of time before they experience terrible customer service or inconvenience of any nature like the one I experienced today I got so angry because I was just told there's nothing we can do and the lady does what the management tells them so she's not to blame she was told of a return policy that customers don't know about its probably written on the manager's office nowhere were the customer can read and understand this...
