Tennis Racquet strings broke after 1.5 games

After buying an expensive Head racquet and owning the racquet for less than a month and only using it 1 and a half times as the strings broke 1 game in on the second time.

After speaking to a clueless manager who told me that a racquet strings should only last 5 games I then was told I had to re-string the racquet at my expense or I could book it in for 2 weeks and wait for a representative to look at it.
