I took a R 2 500 Wilson K factor K blade98 (arophite black) racquet in perfect condition to Mr Price Sport to be restrung. Also took own strings. Received back a damaged / broken racquet with an apology that the gentleman doing the stringing got the tension wrong and cracked the racquet. Was offered a? R 650 store racquet in its place. When that was politely refused was told I would be reimbursed in Stellenbosch (where I am currently at boarding school) When I arrived at the store, was declined any form assistance and sent back to Cape Gate. The regional manager then refused any form of compensation. What kind of service is this???
