I purchased a leather lounge suite in August 2012, upon delivery, the set was defective. I immediately complained to the store. Since August 2012, 4 damaged sets have been delivered to my premises. I did not accept delivery of the latter 4 sets and am stil in the possession of the original damaged set. After numerous trips to the store and many many phone calls, this has still not been sorted. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with 2 new managers, them having to reaquaint themselves with my situation (which takes a while) and then be told that they are waiting for the supplier. I have asked for my money to be returned or the set be replaced. However not having much luck. I have been extremely patient up to now and am tired of waiting for somebody to actually start doing their job.
