I WANT MY MONEY BACK (R18000)

In Oct 2013 I purchased a 3pc leather lounge suite for the cash price of R18k. A 2nd hand lounge suite was delivered and to date (6 months later) the matter has not been resolved. Ive wasted my airtime calling the store over and over again, Ive wasted my time visiting the store over and over again. Eventually in April the new store manager, Patrick confessed that H&H are having endless problems with the supplier and the contract is in process of being terminated. Option A will be to contact other stores to try and source me a brand new suite or to source me another suite in store for the same price. I agreed & a few days later a brand new was delivered only problem is ITS THE WRONG COLOR! 1 RECLINER IS FAULTY! THE 2 SEATER LEG DOESNT TOUCH THE FLOOR SO IT ROCKS! I complained on 21/4/13 and asked to deal with the Regional manager instead, she was unavailable and was to call me back. Its Thursday 2/5/13 & Im still waiting. I think Ive been PATIENT ENOUGH! I NOW DEMAND THAT YOU PICK UP YOUR STUPID LEATHER LOUNGE SUITE & GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, EVERY CENT! Money does not grow on trees, I worked very hard to save up & buy my leather suite cash only to receive stinking service like this!
