I handed my Titleist 5 iron in at Pro Shop Lynnwood Bridge on 16 April for it to be reshafted. I insisted on the same shaft. The work therefore had to be performed by Titleist. Today, 6 May I still have not heard a single word from The Pro Shop despite several calls and even going there myself to see what is happening. Only once did I receive a phone call when Thabiso phoned me back after I asked him to check what was going on. On other occasions my request for feedback was ignored by another staff member. Can someone not be tasked to keep your customers updated when a task takes unusually long to complete?
