I bought a laptop at Boulders that has a 3 year onsite warranty, the power went out while charging it and the screen seems cracked and it has a straight line across it. I call Boulders Midrand and they tell me that I can not be helped and that I should rather buy a new one. i do not understand, I paid good money to have this kind of Warranty. i will not accept the fact that I can not be help. I would like my laptop to be fixed as it is my main source of income. I am appalled with the service and the attitude of the staff. Can some please let me know what are my rights in regards to this, everyday I do not have a Laptop, I loose money.
