On April 22nd i was robbed in side the Edgars store 55 Pritcerd Street. The robbers told me to give them my cell phone, wallet, money, wedding ring and my bag, or else when i walk out side the store there are people waiting to kill me. They told me to act normal and smile. Afraid for what will happen when i walk out side, i gave them my things. 1 of the robbers escorted me up stairs, told me not to talk to her or look at her. when we got upstairs she told me to look at the clothes, smile, act normal and count to 10. so i did so. Than i went to security and told them what had happen, i spoke to a guy named Simmon, he put a claim in for me.i looked at the security footage and the camera's are so bad, you can not see anything, but you can see them walk out with my bag. on 30 April i received an e mail from Angelo Le Breton saying that customer belongings are not covered in the store. on 1 may i called 011 495 6000, spoke to Como. I than received a call with a referance number. i heard no news for almost a week. on 6 May i called and spoke to Sonto, Devene Arends, Pravena, Jody, Armond, Pumla and Lorato, which was no help over a 1hour period. I WAS ROBBED INSIDE THE STORE!
