Last April, I brought an office chair for my father from Mr Price home, I was assured of the warranty.
Yesterday afternoon, on of the chairs feet split from the chair, causing a collapse of the chair and leaving my father on the floor.
Proof of purchase date can be seen on my Account. Please advise as to how Mr Price intends to repair or replace the chair and when we can expect this to be done?
I have been calling in to the shop endlessly with no answer on the other side.
