Damaged goods and new contract

I bought a bed, pedestals, headboard and fridge. The one pedestal is damaged and have requested for a new one, to date i have not received anything. I was then told that i will not get the fridge because the sale was finished but i bought it before the stock and sale were finished. I then decided to cancel the fridge from the contract, now African Bank wants to debit my account and the amount is not yet corrected. I have a serious challenge because i call and drive to the store but i am not getting solutions. Kindly assist on this matter.
