About a week ago I wrote a complaint about non delvery and this for items that I had paid for. PnP's response was that a senior manager would call me to resolve the matter. I received 3 calls all from junior "customer Care" staff. The one guy was so rude! He asked me what I wanted him to do about the porblem! The last person promissed to get back to me a week ago and I am still waiting. I jus want my money back for the items that I did not recieve. PnP will never hear from me again, because I will never use their service again! Just give me my money!
