Still no answer to my request!
Its been a month since I logged a complaint with Jet but still I haven't received any proper feedback from the consultant who promised to get back to me the following. I want that money to be credited back into my jet acc as I can see that it was credited then disappeared. I still again request my statements from the time rmcs started taking money into my acc! If I recall clearly they were taking 2*R36 on monthly basis for something that I do not know. Can anyone get back to me with better explanation as I cannot keep on reporting you for the poor service that you are giving and I also want the jet club magazine be cancelled as I have been paying for something that I do not receive. I have been waiting for a respond ever since that lady said she will get back to me.
