I have a bad throat infection and I am unable to speak. While spending a few days in Cape Town it worsened and I needed my GP in Joburg to prescribe medication. Sharfaa was simply amazing! She seemed to understand what I needed without my having to resort to elaborate sign language, organised the fax, dispensed the medication and called me when it was ready. How refreshing to find somebody with such professionalism, passion and commitment. Thank you Sharfaa!
