Negligently opens accounts!!!

On or about the first week of April 2013, I discovered that someone had opened a account in my name as they had access to only my Identity book which I had lost through a mugging last year. I only found this out as I was applying for vehicle finance. I immediately contacted the Home-choice head office/ call centre in Cape Town. I spoke to a call centre supervisor by the name of Rochell. She gave me a reference number which was 115815468 and assured me that their department would contact me. They never did, I had to follow up and I spoke to a lady and she confirmed that after investigations they could confirm that it was a account. I then requested for a letter stating that a account was opened and that they would get my name off ITC, which I am still waiting for and they have not attended to my complains. All efforts to try and contact Homechoice since then have been futile. They do not answer any calls and call center agents just send you from pillar to post. I have suffered a great deal of discrimination from the banks due to this fraudent account. I need them to deal with my issue urgently.
