One of your agents phoned me 3months ago and he sold me an LCD TV I accepted the terms he explained to me. He promised that the TV will be delivered to me in a weeks's time. That never happened and 3 weeks later I phoned in and the lady who helped me said it was out of stock that came as a surprise coz no one bothered to phone and let me know. I then said to her she must just cancell the order coz that is no good service to me and 2 weeks ago the first guy who sold me the TV phoned me and he apologised for the delay and asked if I was still interested in the TV I accepted the offer again cz he was really humble and he sounded really sorry for the inconvinience because I had to go and do a TV License and pay the R250 fee, for what? If I don't have the TV, but still now Im still waiting its 2 weeks already and I phoned again and they said its on it's way I don't know whether its coming from overseas or what cz I haven't received anything yet. The service is really not up to standard, how can you sell something to someone knowing very well that it's out of stock??? and I have wasted my money to pay for a TV license that I don't need!
