I went to Kolonnade Cell C and took out a contract on the new Samsung Galaxy S4 that they advertise and brag about so much with their great offer, just to find out after 2 weeks that they still haven't phoned me to come and collect the phone or to inform me of new stock.
This is really unprofessional and do not advertise in such bulk if you do not have stock.
I have phoned 3 times now in the 2 weeks and they said it would be in a week ago, they have not come back to me ever since.
This is really poor and my friend went to Vodaworld - Midrand and got his S4 the same day he took out the contract.
