LATE DELIVERY

I ordered wine to be delivered on the 28/04/2013, but because it was Sunday and WW were unable to deliver, I asked that they do the delivery on the Monday between 2- 5pm. I had people waiting at home between those times and no-one showed up or neither did they have the courtesy to call and advise me of what was going on. The delivery eventually took place on Tuesday and the online call centre team didn't ask me before substituting an item even after I requested to be contacted before they made ANY substitutes. I am totally and utterly disgusted by their lack of concern to their customers. I wonder how reliable the on-line service delivery is as this was not the first time I had an issue of this nature with them!!!
