SHOCKING SERVICE AND STOCK/DELIVERY PROTOCOL

I recently went to your Willowbridge store to buy a Typhoon desk. After really struggling to get somebody to help me to buy the desk I was informed that there WILL ACTUALLY NEVER BE STOCK OF THE ITEMS ON DISPLAY!!??

They can order one of the desks for me but it will only be available in two weeks - I then have to go and pick it up at a warehouse in Parow or pay an obscene delivery fee...

My question then - WHY go to the trouble to make a nice display of your furniture if it is almost impossible to buy???!!!

The response by the sales consultant was just as shocking - 'Well sir, that's our system - you can try Weatherleys or Corricraft if you like'..

I'm appalled!
