I have recently made a purchase of a bedroom suite at no 81, Waterval Crescent, Woodmead Retail Park on the 06/12/12. The purchase was on a cash basis and I paid an amount of R 18990.00 and the sales consultant who assisted me was one Lucy Ntsane who made gross misrepresentations to me in relation to the availability of stock and delivery times. She failed to alert me about the non availability of stock and delivered a display product without my knowledge or consent.
Upon the shocking deliver of the display product, I confronted the manager and the consultant who admitted that a display product was delivered to me. They offered they apologies and offered to make an exchange
to date no exchange has been made. Instead I am being sent from pillar to post about the said exchange.
I am extremely dissapointed in their standards and service to customers
