Damaged Beds

I bought three beds from the bed shop in Pretoria, one in paul kruger street and two in church street. The beds are within gaurantee and warantee and they started to get damaged. I went to the bed shop in church street and was told that the manager will contact me. It is almost more than a year with no success.
