I AM SO UPSET AT THE SERVICE I JUST RECEIVED FROM ACA JOE AT 2 DIFFERENT BRANCHES TELEPHONICALLY.
I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND USED TO ADORE THE BRAND UP UNTIL A LITTLE OVER A MONTH AGO I CALLED ACA JOE SANDTON AND ROSEBANK, GAVE THEM MY DETAILS SO THEY CAN NOTIFY ME WHEN CERTAIN STOCK I DESIRED ARRIVED. STILL NO RESONSE, EVEN TO SAY IF THEY HAVE OR HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE STOCK. I DECIDED TO CALL THEM MYSELF AND ROSEBANK DIDNT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AFTER I CALLED 4 TIMES. SANDTON ACA JOE DROPPED THE LINE OR IT GOT CUT- NOT SURPRISING BECAUSE THERE WAS SO MUCH BACKROUND NOISE HE COULDN'T EVEN HEAR ME.
I WOULD THINK THE BEAR MINIMUM WOULD BE TO PRIVIDE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE SERVICE FROM A BRAND THAT HAS PREMIUIM PRICING FACE2FACE OR OVER THE PHONE!!!??? THE PLATINUM GROUP HAS A MISMATCH OF THEIR IDENTITY AND IMAGE BECAUSE I HAVE A BAD PERCEPTION OF THIS BRAND ABD COMPANY NOW.
