It's been a difficuilt choice to choose a specific smartphone brand. Bafana and I spoke about choices and once I decided which phone to choose, Bafana went to his stock room to fetch the phone. To my dismay the phone was out of stock.
Bafana didn't delay one minute, he took the initiative and he was calling his other branches to source me a phone. In 5 minutes he had sourced me the phone, promised me that I would have it in 2 days and he stuck to his words.
He called me to collect the phone and also gave me some friendly tips and advice.
Companies need to appreciate that their success is based on their people- and Bafana is an excellent ambassador of the Autopage brand.
