Dishwasher not fix for the third time

I reported to Game in Alberton city about my dishwasher that was leaking water and masjien makking alarmthe Kalvinator service guy came out twice but the probleme is still not fixed. he said he will see us today between 2 and 3 o clock but has not yet arrived or called'. I dont know what to do or wat do from here.
