Yesterday I went to pay my account (without receiving a statement) and was told that my months instalment was R740.00. After querying with your call centre about the high instalment I was informed that I "overpaid" on my account hence the high instalments - I do not understand how can my instalments go up when I "overpaid" - I would assume that it would go down!!! The person that I spoke to at the call centre seemed very illiterate because he could not even speak proper English (unfortunately I could not even get his name). He also told me that I would be listed with the credit bureau if payment of R740 is not done. I would appreciated it if someone who knows what is happening at Edcon can give me a call and explain this to me urgently!!!
