Thank you for the good customer service from Wendy van Niekerk in Makro Vereeniging! She treated her customer with respect and try to calm me down because of Makro incompetent staff and low class attitudes. Wendy is an outstanding manager and know how to treat customers. She was smiling and giving me all the assistants that she could with out having an attitude or treated me bad, She was just smiling and apologizing for the mistakes of the staff and the cashiers attitude in the dvd department. Was awesome to be treated so well by an manager! Because of Wendy excellent customer service i will support Makro again in Vereeniging, But think the staff needs discipline and manners for there customers!
