Not everyday you order something from Cape Town or Johannesburg and receive the package first thing the next day.
I've had 1 small issue where they didn't send the power supply with the item and I simply requested a return.
They collected the item at my office and sent me a new unit with the power supply. All done in 2 days.
Now that's good service!
