Having suffered with previous bad service from ADT, but having that problem solved by ADT, part of which was 2 months free service, ADT have now renaged on that agreement. Despite numerous e-mails and phone calls to the accounts dept and leaving messages on the cell phone of the field line manager, I cannot get any response. So my message to ADT is that I am not paying you another cent and you come and get your transmitter from my house. For that task, you can be assured that I will extend to you the same degree of commitment and courtesy you have shown me to date.
