Total decay of FNB system and services

TO THE PUBLIC... TO THE PUBLIC - DO NOT TAKE ANY PRODUCT FROM FNB, there is totally no service delivery and their system is completely corrupt! I have opened a business account 18 days ago which online system is still not working. On top of that on Friday we had a huge embarrasement not be able to pay restaurant and petrol as the system including ATM's were shut down without even notify clients!
Last week personal internet banking was down and it is getting better... my personal internet banking does not work at all. When making a payment it hangs on 99% for over 10 minutes and thus payments cannot be made. Besides the losses for my business, I now cannot even pay suppliers from my personal account resulting in payment claims and cancellations. FNB stand for 'F'n BANK'. Each time I complain I get a reference number and nobody is getting back to me at all besides now 14 empty promise. I don't even want to speak to FNB anymore as they are a bunch of. How on earth can FNB claim they are the most innovative bank in the world? They are the biggest losers in the world that is for sure.
