I installed camera's on my premises a month ago, and was in awe (after the burglary), when there was an attempted burglary at my house. Bataleur phoned within 1 min, just to be at my gate in 2minutes.
When my husband is away on business I never hesitate to call Bataleur to ask if they can do patrol every now and again. They even check up on me and to ask whether everything is ok...
It's strange how one has come to trust a security company more than "most" protection services offered in South Africa. I tend to think most people put added pressure on security companies due to the high crime rate, but they never take a minute to say thank you for what they do for us and our families.
THUS, Bataleur: Thank you for keeping my family safe. Your technical team is very competent, and your control room operators are always friendly and supportive. I have never once gone to bed without the system NOT working. The service calls are handled in a very professional manner! Keep up the good work!!!
