Good day Track (less)
Tracker continues to astound me at how useless they are. Over the past 4 years we have had to deal with one incompetent individual after another, needless to say I can once again add another name: Rashid Toffie (Business Development Exec). After coming to me regarding the units in our vehicles (in excess of 120 units with Track-less) and promising the world he has been incapable of answering his emails or land line or phone since February 2013, barring one email response which bordered on an ignorant and stupid response.
If there was a way to get out of this miserable and useless business agreement I would.
The only person that has any form of customer care is Colette Coates but quite frankly everyone from MD to outsourced technician are just pathetic and do not deserve a salary.
