my name is Bongani Nkonyane, I've been using the Netstar product from 2011 March in a Volvo, was told its the top of the range, early this year I've bought another car of which is currently ..i called this tracking company reporting the arm which occurred (18-04-2013) apparently the person who was helping me said their network was down they couldn't pick the signal, waited more hours they kept contacting as well but when I asked when was the last of the signal in a tracking device, the urgent told me it was approx 21:00 (18/04/20130
later on i requested a vehicle tracing history to be sent to me, i waited a week without having it, later on Mr Allistair Singo fron Alcatech netstar emailed me, to my shock the device wasn't working at all, according to him, the last time it worked was 30/01/2013 thats where they remove it from a volvo to a Ford ranger. i did contact the B&B Alcatech netstar in Richardbay, they said the device was tested but Mr Allistair Singo saiys it never been tested, as for now the car is never been recovered,
