Okay so ADT installed an alarm for me, on Friday I requested a call ou, t to fix an issue with the alarm, I am not an armed response customer, so they asked that I pay R462 into their account firs, which I did, I emailed the confo to [Email Removed] on Tuesday I phoned, "huh but but what confo there is no confo", so I sent the confo again to [Email Removed]
