I've been a client od ADT ever since they took over Sentry Security... a long while. My upgrades and maintenance has always been handled by ADT... and that is were the biggest problem is! The techinicians that sent out seem to lack the technical expertise and competence! I have now been left with an alarm system that s no longer functioning!! What is even my frustrating is that I cannot get to speak to anyone with accountability within ADT outside of the cal centre! I am and have been paying for service I clearly don't benefit from. I challenge the MD to call me to discuss my plight!!
