We chose ADT based on there monitoring and quick response time in the area... if those patrol car guys were at the realm dealing with accounts and service, I'm sure things will run a lot smoother. But alas we as customers are left with incompetent staff who are employed because they know someone who works there.
After signing up with ADT, we waited three weeks for an appointment to install the radio, not the alarm system, just the radio and because of the wait we cancelled on 20th March in writing. Regardless, the debt was deducted from my account today. When I called the accounts dept and spoke to cheeky Jasmine who told me she received the email on the 20th but only processed it on the 28th: Me: "why is that" Jasmine: "My inbox is full" - Woosah!
Now I know the response to this complaint is going to be the template copied and pasted onto each Hello Peter query, so to the robot from ADT absorbing this... I dare you to reply with something else!
