I am at a point that I actually DO NOT know what more to do with C-Track, since January I have repeatedly tried to sort out the fleet of just in this division 12 vehicles, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO JOY.
Alet was assigned to assist us with this matter, she started off great & eventually my e-mails were just ignored. The only e-mail she did replied to was signing on a new vehicle; I now realize that was a BIG mistake, giving C-Track more business which they are clearly not competent in doing. We in total in this Factory have a Fleet of 47 Vehicles, which to date are all mixed up within the 2 different division, we cannot access any of the 12 Vehicles in our division via Cellphone & on the Internet they are all muddled up or not working.
HOW CAN WE GET OUT OF ALL THESE CONTRACTS & MOVE OUR BUSINESS AS WE CANNOT OPERATE IN THIS MANNER ANY LONGER - C-TRACK IS CLEARLY IN BREACH OF CONTRACT
Please DO NOT assign Alet to help me with the termination of all these contracts. I want this done & sorted TODAY. We need a Tracking Company that KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
