We have recently refreshed our fleet. We opted for the best (most expensive) units on offer, for full reporting and tracking. 2 months later the vehicles have not been added, the call centre cannot locate the vehicles, and only one vehicle is showing up on the software.
We have called, complained, got them back, but no-one is seeing it through to completion.
We are paying for the full service too.
There is no margin for error, especially when dealing with a fleet. Such blatant disregard for a company's entire fleet is unacceptable.
