1 week later since I was informed by ADT that their management team are looking into my complaint and I have still had absolutely no response. Even calling them does not help because they say they will get someone to call you back and it just never ever happens. These complaints seem to go into a big black hole and they are hoping it will disappear and you will get tired of complaining and just go away.
