Yes, I was given a reference number here on HelloPeter by MTN after complaining on 1 August 2013. I have not heard a word from anybody. What must I do to get a response?
The sad part is, I have tried upgrading my phone. I was told you have stock, I completed the forms, I get sms's everyday saying I have been upgraded, BUT HAVE NOT SEEN THE PHONE. This means that MTN service across the board is non existent. It is not ONE SP or just the site... it is bad service even across the board. EVEN the Complaints Management Team does not respond..
It is not a question of cost - I JUST WANT SERVICE.
