It has taken me 24 months cancelling the contract for a car I sold 24 months ago, and every time I am told to go back and pick up fax confirmations as proof as if we are leaving in the 80's. Now this contract has been debited for more than 24 month while the product is sold to the third party. Some values are compromised reputation building will not be with consultant that full of hostility and holding your organisation to the ground. I wasted most of my energy to end this contract sometimes ago and my contract is not cancelled based on fax confirmations I need to go pick up.

The best person I dealt with was Marry from car track whom has customers at Heart. Please skill you consultant (Cynthia Monegi) holding customers hostage by continue deducting customer account when cancellation are made, it's always convenience when the same consultant decide not to receive faxes from customers esp. those struggling with your cancellations.
